RedLine Athletics Training Centers work within a Master Broker platform which allows for rapid growth of the brand. Our Master Broker and corporate teams will assist in running territory demographics, negotiate lease terms, and answer any other questions you may have. Our Master Broker is tenant represented only, meaning that you know that there is always somebody on your side.


Upon becoming a franchisee, your first step is finding a location for your RedLine Athletics Training Center. With the help of our Master Broker team, who represents tenants only, you will be provided the right data and analytics to find the best location. We utilize detailed mapping and demographics to assist you in your site search.


The ideal site is anywhere from 7,500 square feet. It is preferable to have a location that has signage viewable from major traffic areas to receive the most recognition.


Once a few ideal sites are found, us and our Master Broker will assist in negotiations of your lease including teaching you all documents that go along with this process from letters of intent to your lease.

For somebody that has never opened a business before, this process can be very overwhelming. Luckily, we have the people and the documentation that make it much easier.


Once you sign your lease, your next step is to hire an architect to create your training center plans. A member of the corporate team will provide you with an initial layout so you can conceptualize the space. You will also be provided a highly detailed Specifications Book which lays out everything in the center from paint, to flooring, to furniture, and fixtures. Your architect will have all of the information they need to draw up your plans which will be reviewed and approved by the corporate team.


RedLine Athletics believes that each center should provide the same experience to all guests. This means that our flow and culture goes into every aspect of the design of your center.


Once your plans are approved, the corporate team will assist you in finding a general contractor to break ground on your new center. We will provide you with a Guide-to-Open which lays out every step along the way so nothing gets missed before your training starts.

Our training team will provide comprehensive training designed for you and your team to succeed. You will receive several training documents and manuals which will teach you all there is to know about the business. Along with documentation, our team will also provide initial franchise training, on-site opening training, and continued learning which will ensure that you and your staff are always prepared to handle daily operation of your center.


Once construction has completed, the regional developer will hold training in your center to fully prepare you and your staff for opening day. This training consists of hands-on teaching including the POS system, service techniques, and overall center etiquette. You will have a member from the corporate and/or RD team to support you on your opening day.

From a start up check list to sales focused business processes you will have access to all our business systems. You will receive a comprehensive marketing manual with thorough local marketing programs and guidelines. You will have access to our library of proprietary marketing materials. Our national website will have unit level micro sites so you can localize your web presence and message. Local marketing coops will help generate market wide awareness for our brand and your location

Our suite of technology solutions will help you establish, manage and grow your business. The point of sale system will help you manage your business from a revenue, scheduling and client utilization standpoint. Your point of sale data will be imported into our core business review to help you grow your business to meet and exceed your revenue goals. John Leonesio is a universally recognized expert in the heath, wellness and franchise industry, with more than 50 years experience. John personally launched Scandinavian Health Clubs and Massage Envy Franchise. He was also a founding partner of both The Joint Chiropractic, and Amazing Lash studios.  




Experienced C-Level Executive with over 15 Years in the Health, Wellness & Fitness industry. Skilled in leading both sales and operations-based teams. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Kinesiology and Exercise Wellness from Arizona State University.

TJ has been in the health and fitness industry since 2002. He has truly done it all, working in as a corporate executive with a franchisor with hundreds of locations, opening his own franchised locations, and building and selling his own fitness company. He is true leader with front line and top level strategic and tactical experience.

John Leonesio is recognized expert in the health, wellness and franchise industry, with more than 40 years’ experience. In the 1970's, Mr. Leonesio co-founded Scandinavian Health Spa's, growing it from one club to 40 clubs before selling to Bally Health and Fitness in 1985. In 1990, he co-founded The Q, the Sports Club, growing it from one unit to 20 units in five years, before selling to 24 Hour Fitness. In 2002, Leonesio founded Massage Envy. In just 6 years, he took it from concept to a $300 million operation with more than 800 licenses awarded.
