RedLine Athletics is a youth focused, sport-specific training facility for all sports where highly accomplished athletes and specially certified trainers do whatever they can to help an athlete reach his or her goal.
WHY DOES REDLINE WORK? +
The trainers have the ability to adjust routines on the go and emphasize on a social atmosphere geared to encouraging young athletes to train at a higher intensity but still have a lot of fun with other athletes.
CAN REDLINE TRAIN ALL SPORTS? +
RedLine is an ALL sports athletic training facility.

All three are part of every sport and in combination helps athletes achieve their goals and helps prevent injury.
WHAT TYPES OF PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED AT REDLINE? +
Semi-private, private, and group programs are offered. Specific sport lessons are available in semi-private sessions.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION? +
Semi-private has no limit, just show up on the hour and stay as long as you wish. Private sessions are a half hour to an hour long. Group sessions are one hour.

Group: 10, Private: 1-2, Semi-Private: 8

The majority sign up for the monthly unlimited in our semi-private program.
WHAT ARE THE AVERAGE HOURS OF OPERATIONS? +
Groups: 6 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. – 8 p.m., Individual: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m., Private: scheduled. Hours vary by location.

DOES A TRAINER NEED A COLLEGE DEGREE? +
No, but RedLine Athletics looks for accomplished athletes because we certify our own trainers. This ensures our clients that our trainers didn’t just read about it in a book, but accomplished their athletic goals themselves.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL AGE OF YOUR CLIENTS? +
Target age group is 8-18, but our clients are 8 to adult.

HOW ARE LESSONS CONDUCTED? +
A specific sport lesson is just that, a lesson given by an ex-pro or current pro athlete in a semi, private, or group fashion.

Dynamic warm up increases body temperature and readies muscles for high intensity work.
WHAT IS "SKILL-SET TRAINING"? +
Skill-set training is sport-specific and skills work.
HOW DOES A CLIENT MEASURE THEIR PROGRESS AND SUCCESS? +
We evaluate and re-evaluate each client every 8-12 weeks.
WHAT TYPE OF FEEDBACK DO YOU GIVE A CLIENT? +
Evaluation scores and daily and weekly updates to the athlete and parents.
